PCB Solution Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
Items not requiring a firmware transfer will be shipped within 24 business hours of receiving of payment. If payment is received on Friday after 7 AM (Pacific Time), the item will be shipped on the following Monday. Items requiring a firmware transfer will be shipped after we receive your old board and complete the firmware transfer. A shipping notification will be sent to your email as soon as we ship the item. (If you do not receive one, feel free to contact us as this is likely the result of failed email delivery).

Our offices are located in BC, Canada. Regular shipments are sent out by Canada Post, and will be delivered by your local post office. The ETAs are as follows:

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

**Shipping to Mexico and Brazil is usually very slow, and a high percentage is lost in transit. We recommend the express option if it is urgent.

Note Regarding International Shipments

Duty for International Shipments
Due to the low value of the item, customers in most countries DO NOT have to pay any duty. If you do have to pay duty, please send us a photocopy of your receipt, and we will reimburse you for the amount you paid.
